Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@bluestocking.health.

14 or more business days prior to the event: Registrants will receive a full refund of their paid registration fee, minus a $30.00 processing fee. Alternatively, registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague or apply the full amount toward the next scheduled Regulatory Alliance Forum.
5 to 13 business days prior to the event: Registrants will receive a 50% refund of their paid registration fee, minus a $30.00 processing fee. Alternatively, registrants may apply their full paid amount toward the next scheduled Regulatory Alliance Forum.
Fewer than 5 business days prior to the event: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable. However, registrants may apply their paid registration amount toward the next scheduled Regulatory Alliance Forum.

Transfer Terms:

Any credit transferred toward a future Regulatory Alliance Forum must be redeemed at the next consecutive offering; credits cannot be carried over indefinitely.
Substitutions (transferring an admission to another attendee) must be requested in writing at least two (2) business days prior to the start of the event.
