Cancellation Policy 2021

 AcKnowledge Regulatory Strategies, LLC (AcKRS) Cancellation Policy for the Regulatory Alliance Forum conference:

  • Registrants that notify AcKRS Event Coordinator of cancellation within fourteen (14) business days prior to the Workshop will receive a 100% refund of their paid registration. Registrants may also choose to have their paid registration amount transferred to another person who may attend in their place, or to a future Regulatory Alliance Forum conference.

  • Registrants that notify AcKRS Event Coordinators of cancellation between thirteen (13) and five (5) business days prior to the Workshop will receive a 50% refund of their paid registration. Registrants may also choose to have their paid registration amount transferred to a future Regulatory Alliance Forum conference.

  • Workshop fees are nonrefundable if registrants notify AcKRS Event Coordinators of cancellation less than four (4) business days prior to the event. Registrants may choose to have their paid registration amount transferred to a future Regulatory Alliance Forum conference.

  • Transferring to future Regulatory Alliance Forum conference must be for the next available conference.

  • All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
